Background of the issue:
Hello, before some time, I wanted to sort my products with custom way and to keep also the order changes on both languages doing the job once. I had the 'Sync Products and product taxonomies order' enabled and when I drag n drop a product on sorting tab of native language, then the product had been removed on its new order place on the 2nd language as well. The Products->Sorting was the same for both languages. Now, the option is still enabled but the order do not sync. Please, I need your guidance to retrigger the sorting to be synced.

Symptoms:
The 'Sync Products and product taxonomies order' option is enabled but the order does not sync between languages.

Questions:
How can I retrigger the sorting to be synced between languages?

Hi there,

Please try the following and let me know your results:

1. Go to WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and enter the Status tab.

2. Click on the Troubleshooting link in the bottom right corner of the page.

3. On the Troubleshooting page run the sync actions related to the issue you are experiencing and don’t leave the page until the synchronization finishes.

It didn't work. The issue still exist, nothing change after sync proceedure. Any other idea about this issue?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Yes that would be great! If possible please install the Duplicator plugin, create a duplicator package and share the package with me.

In my experience this tends to work quite well when we need to deploy a staging env and avoids any corrupt migrations.

I have a propose to make it easier to both of us. Lets sync for the day+time that you will access the live site, and let me take just a fast backup before. You can have for sure some hours to try your solutions. If something goes wrong i will restore from backup. If you want, it would be great for me to have a call to sync better. Either via skype or whatever you prefer. Let me know your thoughs and thank you!

I believe you are in Greece therefore we have around 10 10-hour difference.

My shift typically starts at 7pm your time, or you can enable it around your morning, I'll just have to check on it tonight my time to get access.

Hello again, All of these are true, so your shift may started before 2:30 hours from now.
I did not create the backup yet so let me give you a WhatsApp and a Skype account, so we can sync about your working days-hours and also to have a direct communication for the following reasons:
1) to sync for your working days and when we can 'not work' on the site.
2) to give you the credentials and the 'green light' on our chat immediately.
3) in case that restore of backup will needed after your checks.
