This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate a TablePress table using the Advanced Translation Editor but is encountering issues where the table ID variable for the TablePress shortcode does not appear, only the front attribute does. The same issue occurs when trying to use the TablePress Styler in Divi.
Solution:
We recommend changing the table ID to letters instead of numbers and updating it. Once this is done, use the table on a page and attempt to translate it again. When you open the translation editor after making this change, use the search bar to look for the new ID.
If this solution does not seem relevant to your issue, please open a new support ticket with us.

I understand there are 2 ways to translate table for Tablepress below:

1. https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-urls-shortcodes-and-html-attributes-using-the-advanced-translation-editor/
2. https://wpml.org/errata/tablepress-tables-cant-be-translated/

I'm trying to avoid number 2 as it is more complex than 1 but while doing number 1, the variable (table id) for Tablepress shortcode didn't appear. only the front attribute appeared.

I'm also trying to use tablepress styler hidden link in divi but any of the variable for it (table id) didn't appear too. only the front attribute appeared.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

Please login to this sandbox site and install TranslatePress. (hidden link)

After that, please try to replicate the issue on the sandbox. If the issue is replicable, please let me know how to reproduce it.

Best regards,
Osama

You mean Tablepress? And I have checked the sandbox, there is no Divi or Tablepress Styler too. They are specifically licensed for our site. Also due to data protection policy, we won't be able to share access to the website too.

Attached are the screenshots of the issue.
1. the table created on tablepress
2. the table is added in a page with divi using the tablepress module.
3. the default translation panel
4. the translation panel after search 'table' with not variables appearing to change, only maybe main attribute.

note: even the second table added using a shortcode in screenshot 2 also produces no variables for the attribute in the translation panel.

Hi,

1) Yes, I mean TablePress. Sorry about that.

2) Please change the table ID to letters and update it. After that, use it on a page and translate it to check the issue.

When you open the translation editor after changing the ID, use the search bar to search for the new ID.

Best regards,
Osama
