Hello,
My name is Carlos, and I will continue working on this ticket

1.- Please describe step-by-step how to reproduce the issue on the site, including the name of the taxonomy. You can attach screenshots to your next message showing the issue.

2.- Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to reproduce the steps described in the previous point and double-check the WPML configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

Looking forward to your message.
Regards,
Carlos

Hi again,
Thank you for sharing the information requested.

However, to access the site (before the login loads), there is a server protection. Please share the username and password to access the URL. I have set your next message private again.

You can see the pop-up asking for the credentials when visiting the URL you share in incognito mode.

Thank you very much!

This time, I was able to access the login page of the site. When I tried to log in using the credentials shared, I got this message:

LOGIN GEBLOKKEERD: 2FA is vereist om actief te zijn op je account. Neem contact op met de sitebeheerder.

Could you deactivate the 2FA while we work on this ticket so I can access the site faster? You can enable it once the problem is solved and the ticket is closed.
