This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to display templates in Spanish on their website after translating them from English using WPML. Specifically, the templates on the video pages and sidebar menus were not visible in Spanish, showing empty spaces instead.
Solution:
We identified that the categories used in the templates were not translated. We navigated to WPML > Settings > Taxonomies Translation > Categories (category) and configured it as "Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language". After applying these settings, the templates began displaying correctly in Spanish. We asked the client to verify by checking the page at https://cartercullold.wpenginepowered.com/es/videos/.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Additionally, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to display pages in Spanish after being translated from English using WPML. I have followed the documentation which stated that I need to convert the templates and pages into Spanish and then replace the templates into those Spanish pages.

Symptoms:
Templates are not being translated or visible in Spanish after being translated from English. The pages show empty blank spaces where templates should be displayed.

Questions:
Why are the templates not displaying on the Spanish pages after translation?
How can I ensure that templates are correctly translated and visible on the Spanish pages?

Thanks for your patience. Here is the ticket. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
