This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
We have custom blocks such as the top banner block is a custom block. The content of it is not picked by the WPML editor and thus it is not getting translated. Hence we have to manually translate it which is double work.

Solution:
When you're using custom blocks on your website, you need to make them compatible with WPML by following the simple steps from the article below.

Relevant Documentation:

In our site "hidden link",we have custom blocks such as the top banner block is a custom block. The content of it is not picked by WPML editor and thus it is not getting translated. Hence we have to manually translate it which is a double work. Also if we reedit and submit the WPML editor all the changes we manually made in the wp-admin admin is lost and we have to rework!!

Hey Chiranth,

Thank you for reaching out to the WPML support!

If you are using custom Gutenberg blocks on your website, have you tried to add WPML compatibility to them as presented in this article?
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/#gutenberg-blocks

Basically, when using a custom block, an XML configuration is needed in order to make WPML "understand" the structure of that block and how to translate it. This way, the text parts of that block will be available on the translation editor and the changes won't be lost when editing the page.
Please give this a try and tell me how it goes.

Thanks,
Radu
