Background of the issue:
I translated the post content, but the Featured image still loading the original one. I follow this documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/

Symptoms:
The featured image does not change after content is translated.

Questions:
Why is the featured image not changing after translating the post content?
