This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's website, which is translated into French and Chinese, had an issue where the "top bar language switcher" and "Accept Cookies Button" disappeared in the mobile view for the Chinese translation but not for the French translation.
Solution:
We found that the client had created an additional header titled "Header With categories menu (ZH-t)" specifically for the Chinese version of the site. This header had the Topbar set to Hidden on mobile devices, and it was missing the Topbar elements present in the English version. We added those elements to the Topbar, and now the language switcher displays correctly on mobile devices for the Chinese version. We also recommend referring to the guide on translating headers with the Woodmart theme and WPML to ensure proper display in each language.

Hi, my website is already translated from English to French and Chinese. However, when I switch language in mobile view, the "top bar language switcher" and "Accept Cookies Button" disappeared for the Chinese translation but not the French translation.

Hi, I found multiple language switcher in the string translation, maybe that is the reason why the top bar not showing up in the Chinese translation pages?

Hi There,

Upon review, I noticed that you've created an additional Header titled "Header With categories menu (ZH-t)" within Woodmart > Header Builder. This specific header was exclusively loading on the Chinese version of the site.

The Topbar for this header was set to Hidden on the Mobile version, and moreover, the Topbar elements present in the English version were absent from the topbar on this particular header. I've added those elements, and now the Topbar is correctly displaying the language switcher on mobile devices in the Chinese version of the site.

Please check and let me know if you require further assistance with the header. I'm here to help.

Additionally, in the case of the Woodmart header, please refer to this guide on how to accurately translate the header so that it displays correctly in each language: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/create-multilingual-websites-using-woodmart-theme-and-wpml/#translating-headers

Best regards,
Prosenjit
