This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to access the translated Dutch homepage at example.com/nl due to a 403 forbidden error.
Solution:
The site's root directory had a physical 'nl' folder. The issue can be fixed by deleting or renaming the 'nl' folder

I am trying to: edit hidden link (translated Dutch page)
It's saying that I don't have access - But i am the owner of the domain? it's only the home page - the other sub pages are loading.

Please check, it's a bug.

2. The form is still in English, how can I change this to Dutch? hidden link

Hi Elise,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

- To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. You can find it in WPML > Support > click on “Debug information” link. Please check this link for more info: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

- There are several potential causes for the 403 forbidden error, please create a full backup of the database and website then try the following:

1. Use your file manager or FTP to review the root directory and verify that you do not have a physical directory folder named 'nl'.
2. If you use a security plugin, disable it temporarily and check if the issue is resolved.
3. The site header shows a [gtranslate] shortcode. If another multilingual plugin is enabled, disable it then resave the permalinks settings and check if that helps.

- For better support, we handle one issue per ticket so I've created a new ticket for the other issue you have mentioned. We will continue the discussion here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-translating-gravity-forms/

Kind regards,
Mohamed
