Creating a Course:
We are facing another issue that WPMLMS is addressing. After publishing, the course price gets erased. Additionally, since we have moderation enabled, the course goes into drafts and needs to be published from the admin panel. hidden link
Publishing the Course:
Here is a video of the publication process. Note that after publishing, we need to re-edit the price. hidden link
Setting the Price:
When setting the price, it converts correctly. hidden link
How the Price Appears on the Main Page:
Here is how the price looks on the main page. hidden link
One thing that I see is that you add the course in Ukrainian. But from the debug information I have here, it seems that the default language is English.
Would you please test by adding the course in English and after that do the translation for Ukrainian?
What happens then? Does the multi-currency still show the wrong price and symbol?
We created a course in English hidden link , but we cannot translate it into Ukrainian because the translation page takes too long to load. When it does load, the course content (description, curriculum, etc.) doesn't appear. What could be causing this problem? hidden link
I will take a copy of the site to work on locally, it is an easier environment to debug there.
Given that we are talking about problems with the prices, I am puzzled by something, which you can perhaps explain.
The course prices show the crossed out full price and a sale price, but the sale price is much higher than the normal price. If I edit the linked product in the back end I see prices of $50 and $40, for example, but when viewing the product on the front end I see $50 and $1576.
To focus just on the product itself, I tried disabling all WPML plugins, disabling all of the LMS plugins, and switching to the Storefront theme, and then just visiting the product on the front end.
But the sale price still displays as $1576, despite being $40 in the back end.
Just to let you know that although it was quite challenging, I have managed to install a copy of your site locally, and I am looking into the issue there.
I'm trying to go through the steps to see if I can reproduce the problem on a minimal install—with only the essential plugins active—on my local copy of your site.
But the LMS option (shown on your site in the screenshot) is missing from the Dashboard menu in my local copy.
Do you know what is required for that to display? (I have the WPLMS plugin active as well as the same WPLMS child theme.)
(The WPLMS menu is available, which appears to come from the theme.)
