This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the translation of the WooCommerce "My Account" page. The main page appears translated, but the translations do not persist on the subpages of the account.

Solution:
We recommend updating the WPML and WPML String Translation plugins to their latest versions, as this has resolved the issue on a staging site. Follow the steps below:
1. Update WPML to version 4.6.10.
2. Update WPML String Translation to version 3.2.10.
3. Verify if the issue with the translation of the "My Account" page is resolved.

Hi, I have tried several resolved tickets and other recommendations before asking for help. I have two issues I cannot resolve:

2. The "My Account" information of the Woocommerce is behaving strangely:
— When I visit the My Account page it seems to be translated: hidden link
— But as soon as I go to any other page of the account it has no translation: hidden link or hidden link and all other subpages.
— All of these strings are translated. But I guess the problem is in something else since the left side menu is translated on one page and not translated on all others.

Please advise on the solution

Here is the new ticket. Please update new versions of plugins WPML 4.6.10 and WPML String Translation 3.2.10 then check this issue again.

I am on the latest version of WP and plugins. The issue was present in both previous and current versions.
Just to note, that issue spans to elements like the Thank you page after the order, as well as the emails, but I am still testing the email translations.

Hi,

On your staging site, I still see the old version of WPML 4.6.9 and String Translation 3.2.9. After I update two plugins, the translation menu on the My Account page displays correctly. Please check this on your end and let me know how it goes.

Thank you. This did resolve most of the issues. I see some strings that still need translation. Some are still not translated. But We will check all of them first and will see if any issues are left.
