This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that after activating the WPML Multilingual CMS, the search preview functionality provided by the 'FiboSearch - AJAX Search for WooCommerce' plugin stopped working on their live site, although it worked fine on the staging site.
Solution:
We recommended that after activating the WPML plugin, the client should navigate to WooCommerce > FiboSearch > Indexer and click on 'Rebuild Index'. This action should restore the search form's functionality in the frontend.

If this solution does not resolve the issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should further assistance be needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi,

Here is the new ticket. Please let me know if the issue occurs:
1. On your staging site. Then I will troubleshoot the issue there.
2. With a minimal environment:
- deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- switch to a standard theme of WordPress
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌

if yes, please share some screenshots of the issue on your end.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

The problem only exist on the live site, on the staging it is ok.

Do the following live, i allow.

1. go to frontend and type 3 characters in the searchbar. You will see it immediately starts pulling results from the index and show as a preview
2. activate WPML Multilingual CMS
3. go to frontend and type 3 characters in the searchbar. You will see no previews are showing.
4.deactivate the plugin after please. And let me know, i have to rebuild the index to make it work again.

Hi,

The search form is adjusted by the plugin "FiboSearch - AJAX Search for WooCommerce". After activating WPML plugin, I go to WooCommerce > FiboSearch > Indexer > Click on Rebuild Index and the search form works properly in the frontend.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
