Thanks for letting me know, firstly by postmeta do you mean the SEO section or is that something else?

secondly is there any news on the other issues
namely:
1.The TVU search page that appears as a 404
2. The sections changing colors or going missing randomly across product pages

I'm looking at the Spanish TVU Producer page here hidden link and the image is displaying fine compared with the screenshot you shared earlier.

May I know which specific product are you referring to?

Its because I fixed it. the screenshots I had sent you for all the color changes and content going missing were all fixed as we cannot leave it like that. I have found page that has a color issue still on the www2 enviorment that I will leave as is so you can investigate hidden link . As a reminder the pages and sections this issue affects is random. the only pattern we have found is that it only affects product pages

I'm sorry for the delay over the weekend. Upon review, it appears that certain custom field values were not transferred/copied accurately.

Please take a look at the enclosed screenshot, where I've made a comparison between the English (EN) and Spanish (ES) versions.

I've also examined your ACF field settings, and they seem to be properly configured here: hidden link . You have most of the values set to "Copy Once" which is correct.

There could be some server issues during product translation, which could result in inaccurate copying of field values to the translated product. This is likely the cause of the problem.

If it's just causing issues to a few products, I would suggest manually correcting it or, retranslating the product again.

We have been fixing it manually for months but that shouldn't be a solution as this occurs randomly even to pages that were translated properly and were previously correct. It causes a bad image for us when a user goes into one of those pages before we are able to fix it and see the page layout issue. I don't believe it is a server issue as it happens to pages that were previously correct and to pages that we had already fixed previously. Please help us find a more permanent solution.

Sorry for the trouble. Could you please allow me to create a test product? I'd like to check and see if the options are being copied correctly. If the issue can be replicated, I will forward this to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation.

I've duplicated a product and translated it to French using the "Advanced Translation Editor"(just copied from English) and it seems all contents are being copied correctly hidden link .

The background colors are all copied correctly. Could you try translating it to another language for a test on your end?

As I have said previously the issue with the color change is not after translation it happens randomly later on. for example take this page hidden link. it was translated years ago properly and ran fine. its first color issue appeared aproximetly 7 months ago and I fixed it then. since then the issue has come back 3 times (including now) and each time its different sections being affected. for example the first time it was only the first first section that had an issue but all else was fine. however as you can see now all the sections have an issue except for the last one. the only constant in these color changes is that they are always white and black gradients and they only happen on product pages. none have ever happened after a translation or creation of a page its always much later.

Are there any other team members actively involved in managing the website? It's unusual for an ACF field value to change spontaneously, so I'm uncertain about the cause of this issue. Can you recall any specific actions or changes that were made before the problem occurred?
