Hi,

This ticket has been inactive for quite a while. I didn't get a reply from you. So, I've transformed this chat into a support ticket because you may still need our help. If you do, please reply to this ticket, and one of our supporters will continue helping you.

My last reply in the chat was this:

The CozyStay theme is officially compatible with WPML.

Can you please confirm you follow the guide on working with this theme and WPML?

Can you please refer to my question?

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi,

Apparently, the string that appears when the option Square Meter or Square Feet is selected is not translatable; otherwise, it would have shown up in Strings Translation. To see if we can make it translatable, we need to continue with the following proceedure.

We need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the CozyStay theme and the core plugin, and see if the issue is reproducible on a clean WordPress installation?

I already configured WPML to have English as the default language and Greek as the second language.

Please also make sure you install the latest version of the theme and plugin.

When everything is finished and you can replicate the problem, please let us know.

Important! Do not import your site to the test site. We must replicate the problem on a fresh, clean WordPress installation.

Regards,
Itamar.
