Hi Bobby,
Peter here.
Your colleague Sumit has yesterday been doing some performance troubleshooting on the staging site. During that process it looks like he has connected the automatic translation account of the staging site to the production site, so now we have up to 15 duplicate entries of each word in the Glossary on the production site.
Now where the Glossary is already messed up, I was thinking that we might as well connect the remaining 3 sites (dev, dev1 and new) to the automatic translation account of the production server, to be sure that the separate ATE’s are not causing the issue. Let me know what you think?
I really hope you are handling this issue with the highest priority, because we now have more than 100 products that needs to be translated.

Hi Bobby,
Like mentioned in this ticket https://wpml.org/forums/topic/duplicated-images-in-the-media-library-2/
did we press “Set language information” under WPML > support > troubleshooting. Besides that, we have also been pressing "Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs".
When we now try to open the WPML translation editor we see a short glimpse of the translation editor including text for less than a second.
I have attached an image of the Error logs on the production server from today.
It is really important for us that we can start translating again. Please let me know if you are closer to a solution for this issue?

"When we now try to open the WPML translation editor we see a short glimpse of the translation editor including text for less than a second."
That is correct, Peter, it is the issue that our ATE dev team is working on resolving for you.
At the moment this seems to be caused by special characters and Regex, once this has been resolved I will update you here.

Hi Bobby,
What is the status on this ticket?
Last week we were able to open the WPML translation editor for some products, but now it is just showing a white screen again.
This is really critical as we have not been able to edit translations for more than a month now. When do you guys expect to have a permanent solution to the issue?

I have followed up with the team and was notified that unfortunately, the deployment had to be pushed back. Once I hear back from them regarding the release I will update you here, thank you for your patience while we are resolving this.

Hi Bobby,
We are able to access the WPML translation editor again. Do your colleagues in the ATE dev team also see the issue as solved or is it just lucky coincidence?
