This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with pages not showing translations after updates, specifically the price page. Every update leads to 404 errors, and translations are missing or incomplete. The client is also confused about handling translations from Italian to other languages due to interface changes.
Solution:
We recommend separating the issues into two different tickets for clarity and easier management. One for the 404 errors and another for the translation/global elements issues. For the 404 errors, we have already opened a new ticket and provided a potential solution there. Regarding the translation of Divi layouts and pages, you should translate only the layouts you are using on the affected page, then translate the page itself. After these steps, please check if the issue persists and let us know the outcome.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

There are pages I updated that do not show the translation. In this case I'm referring to the price page of residencevally.
I updated and since then there are problems with 404, the page does not load, the translation is not shown (always same probelms with every update). I see that I have over 90 pages that seem to be translated from English into other languages, and 2 from German into the other 2 lang.
this is strange I don't know how it's created because the original language is Italian and I just want to translate from Italian.
As you constantly change the interface I really don't know where to put hand in order to cancel those pages. I just know that I'm upset that every single time that I update a page in Italian, changing a line, when I want to translate in the other languages, a lot of text is missing. I don't know how many time I already needed to retranslate and I please ask for help because the website is not updated and seems to have lots of problems especially because of this plugin, because issues start every time I need to update something and translate.
Thank you

Hello,

since it was taking a while and to avoid chat getting closed, I have created a ticket and lets continue here.

Once you have translated Divi layouts and page let me know how it goes and if issue still happens.

Regards,
Drazen

Hi,

I understand this is frustrating, especially with the 404 happening again.

Regarding the ticket there was a inactivity, so for chat not to be closed let’s continue from here and get things sorted.

To keep things clear and easier to track, I’d suggest we separate the 404 issue and the translation/global elements into two tickets, as they are not directly related and will be easier to troubleshoot individually.

About the global elements link I’m not sure what exactly happens on your end. Could you please clarify what you see when you try to open it?
For example, do you get a 404, permission error, blank page, or something else?

Kind regards,
Dražen

I contacted the server for the 404.
Why does it happen every time that I update translations?
Anyway... until it's not solved i can not check anything.

Hello,

for 404 I have opened new ticket and replied there with a possible cause / solution.

For layouts you need to translate only those you are using on that example page, then translate the page and lets see if that works.

Let me know how it goes.

Drazen
