There are some issues with string translation

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with string translation from English to German. Despite changing words to German in WPML String Translation, the correct results are not showing. Additionally, strings such as "write your review," "submit review," and "show chat" are not found in the WPML String Translation.
Solution:
If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan.
2. Navigate to WPML -> String Translation.
3. Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link.
4. Search for the needed strings.
5. Select the strings.
6. Click on the "Add to String Translation" button.
7. Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link.
8. Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end.

pascalW-18	Hi, There are some issues with string translation from English to German. I have already changed the words to the German language in WPML string translation, but it is not showing the correct results. Additionally, some words such as "write your review," "submit review," and "show chat" cannot be found in the WPML string translation, and I am unsure why. pascalW-18	Hey , I have some issues on the page : 1) In english version some option block like "Appointments" is showing but same option block is not showing in the french version: hidden link 2)In this link : hidden link , author info in german "posted 4 month ago" is not showing into english. 3)go to this link : hidden link / , the bookin confirmation link is also can't translate into english. 4)In this page: hidden link , english/ german switcher is not showing. , I have also upload an images for all problems. please can you solve it from your end , I can't do that. you have all the access of server before I gave you.
