If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking if this is the first time WPML has been installed on the website and if there are any existing translations. It's important to determine if resetting WPML is safe for your specific case. Before proceeding with any changes, ensure to create a backup of your database. If this solution doesn't seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket with us, and we'll assist you further.

There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

Is this the first time WPML has been installed on this subsite? Does it have any existing translations? I need to know if resetting WPML on this subsite is safe.

On this subsite (www.ews-group.com ) it is the first time WPML is activated. On the other subsite wpml is running already a few years.
