This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are encountering an error message related to the String Translation table on your site, specifically involving the 'wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import' key in the '_options' database table.
Solution:
First, delete the 'wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import' option from your database to hide the notice. Next, navigate to the WPML → Languages page. This action should automatically recreate the option. If your WPML tables are correct, this should resolve the message. However, if the error persists, it indicates that further database patching might be necessary. Please ensure to back up your database before making any changes.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to fix an error message related to the String Translation table in my site. The error message states: "There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you." I am following instructions from this documentation: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/there-is-a-problem-with-the-string-translation-table-in-your-site-23/

Symptoms:
There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site.

Questions:
I have found the 'wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import' key in the '_options' database table, but should it be deleted, or what does 'key' mean?

(Instead of "Database Management tool - Adminer" I used plugin "Code snippets" because "Database Management tool - Adminer" is not supported by WordPress anymore.)

I have found the 'wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import' key in the '_options' database table, but should it be deleted, or what does 'key' mean?

The first step is to delete this option to hide the notice and then visit the WPML → Languages page, for example. The option will be recreated automatically. If your WPML tables are correct, the notice should disappear. However, if it is still there, we will need to patch your database.

Please backup your database before making any changes.
