This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to use the auto-translate feature with the pay-as-you-go option because their credit card is no longer connected to WPML. When attempting to reconnect the credit card, an error message appears stating, "There was an error confirming your subscription: your account has debt".
Solution:
We provided the client with a secret URL to resolve the issue. The client should check the last private message for the updated link and use it to reconnect their credit card.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket with us.

I am trying to: use auto transalte with pay-as-you-go but I can't do this because my credit card isn't more connected with WPML.

I tried to connect it again with WPML but after I sent all the details Popup this message "There was an error confirming your subscription: your account has debt" (see attached file).

How I can do?
