This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to use the auto-translate feature with the pay-as-you-go option because their credit card is no longer connected to WPML. When attempting to reconnect the credit card, an error message appears stating, "There was an error confirming your subscription: your account has debt".
Solution:
We provided the client with a secret URL to resolve the issue. The client should check the last private message for the updated link and use it to reconnect their credit card.
