Can you please create a minimal setup on this Sandbox site? hidden link

It is a fresh installation with WPML plugins uploaded (not installed or active). You can also upload your theme and plugins here and setup everything as needed.

A minimal setup to reproduce the issue is necessary, with a simple product and tiered pricing. Then send me information what exactly isn't calculated properly.

Please take your time and reply when the site is ready. Once you are able to reproduce the issue, please write down detailed steps about how one can reproduce the issue (for a better understanding).

Hi,

To recreate on a sandbox would take up to long. We can however give you access to our staging site where we have updated one of our products pricing and you will be able to see the issue.

Sure, please provide admin access to your website to check the issue in detail. You can use any email.

Also provide detailed steps to setup and reproduce the issue as well as links to pages in admin and on frontend. So I can try to reproduce in another environment for better understanding.

Remember to take full backup of your website and database before proceeding. However, a staging/test site is highly recommended, because I may need to try some changes/fixes on the site (including plugins & themes deactivation), which may cause conflicts with the live site otherwise.

Please confirm it in your next reply or let me know if you do not agree with the mentioned.

I was able to observe the issue. I also deactivated all unnecessary plugins and switched to standard 2021 theme of WordPress and can see the issue.

The plugin "Tiered Price Table for WooCommerce" (by U2Code) isn't on our compatibility list but our team can look into the issue and help bringing some compatible solution.

For this purpose, I'll need to create a copy of your site using Duplicator plugin, to use by our team to analyze and work on it in a separate environment.

Is this OK if I can create one from your staging site? Please let me know.

Or, the best would be if you can create one by:

- removing inactive plugins and themes
- removing any confidential data (i.e. orders, personal data and etc.)
- leaving only 1 or 2 products with tiered pricing setup, as a test data

then either you can create a package using Duplicator plugin and let me know to download, or I can create one and download (once you are done with the above mentioned).

On the other hand, I'll also request to contact the said plugin support and invite 'em to our Go Global program which helps them make their code multilingual ready. Together with WPML’s compatibility team, they can test and confirm that their theme or plugin works with WPML. Hi,

Could you please explain in more detail what our options are ?

I have been through your compatibility list and found one plugin that could possibly work but it doesn't seem to work well with Product variations.

What would you need us to do in the Sandbox to fix this issue with our current plugin that works the way we want it bar the compatibility issue with WPML?

I can see that you have already invited them to join your programme to work with them to make it compatible, In your experience what are the time scales on things like this ? under the assumption that they agree to join the programme that is.

My apologies for delay in response due to weekend.

In the sandbox (hidden link), if you can setup everything using minimal setup, like only the required plugins and reproduce the issue, I can then escalate the issue to our 2nd tier team for analysis and a possible solution.

This depends on 3rd party mainly. We try our best to communicate on priority basis. There's no predefined ETA for this kind of resolutions. The more they are active, the more faster are the results.
