toolset and critical error

I went to the website and clicked the Adminer link and searched for "wpml_notices" and find it. Clicked the edit button in options table and deleted the content of the wpml_notices entry. Now that I check the site I do not see the message. Thank you.

I went to the website and clicked the Adminer link and searched for "wpml_notices" and find it.

Clicked the edit button in options table and deleted the content of the wpml_notices entry.

Now that I check the site I do not see the message.
