Problem:
You are experiencing issues with your logo not displaying correctly in the translated version of your site. Specifically, the logo appears black instead of transparent in German, and the translation pen loads indefinitely when changes are made.
Solution:
We applied custom CSS to address the logo display issue. Please add the following CSS code to your site by navigating to WP > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

[data-arts-header-logo=primary] .logo__img-primary {
    opacity: 1!important;
    visibility: visible!important;
}
 
[data-arts-header-logo=secondary] .logo__img-primary {
 opacity: 1!important;
    visibility: visible!important;
}
 
[data-arts-header-logo=secondary] .logo__img-secondary {
    opacity: 0!important;
    visibility:hidden!important;
}

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the logo displays correctly on the translated version of my site. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
In the translated version, the logo displays incorrectly, and when I make changes, the translation pen loads infinitely. The logo should be transparent in German across the site, but it appears black. Additionally, the translations are always loading.

Questions:
Why does the logo display incorrectly in the translated version?
What causes the translation pen to load infinitely when changes are made?

Thanks for contacting us. Please try using the media translation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/ to translate the logo.

If the issue continues, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please check why your Website login URL is inaccessible? Maybe you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server resources. I've tried around 10 minutes and it's still the same.

When I try to login using this hidden link , it downloads the wp-login.php file. Do you have any restrictions on your server? Or maybe you can consult your hosting provider and ask them why this is happening?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I've tested this in incognito mode. Could you please back up the site and temporarily disable any security plugins such as Sucuri Security and Really Simple SSL? I suspect these plugins may be blocking my access to the site.

Alternatively, it would be even better if you could clone the site to a staging environment and provide me access there.

Thanks for your reply. I'm still encountering the same issue—I'm unable to access the wp-admin page.

That said, we can try a different approach to troubleshoot this. Would you be open to sharing a copy of the site with me so I can import it and investigate the issue locally on my machine? If you're okay with that, please let me know and I’ll provide you with the necessary instructions.

Alternatively, could you clone the site to a separate staging environment and share the login credentials with me? I suspect there may still be some restrictions blocking my access. Have you checked with your hosting provider about this? If they require my IP address for whitelisting purposes, let me know and I’ll send it to you privately.
