Problem:
The client needed to transfer credits to a specific site.
Solution:
We transferred 40,000 credits from the client's WPML.org account to the specified site. For issues related to site connection, we created a separate support ticket to address it. If the credit transfer issue is resolved, the client should mark this ticket as resolved, and we will continue to address the site connection issue in the new ticket.
