Transfer of credit to janewither.com

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to transfer credits to a specific site.
Solution:
We transferred 40,000 credits from the client's WPML.org account to the specified site. For issues related to site connection, we created a separate support ticket to address it. If the credit transfer issue is resolved, the client should mark this ticket as resolved, and we will continue to address the site connection issue in the new ticket.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Noman	Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML Support. You should be able to assign the credits from your WPML.org account to any registered site by following this doc: https://wpml.org/faq/what-are-credits/#prepaid-credits. If it still doesn’t work, please share the site URL and how many credits you want to assign, and I will try to do it for you. Thank you

corneliusG-2	I can see the clients website hidden link under my Registered Sites, but i cannot transfer credits to it under credits for Automatic Translation, it would be sweet if you could transfer 40.000 credits to hidden link

corneliusG-2	These are the sites I can see, so hidden link is not showing and I can see that my other site hidden link says it is not connected, but everything looks fine at hidden link WordPress dashboard. Noman	I assigned the 40000 credits from your WPML.org account to the hidden link site as requested. For the other site connection problem, it’s a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-site-says-its-not-connected/ If the transfer credits to hidden link site issue is solved, please mark this ticket as resolved and we will continue debugging the other issue in the above ticket.
