[Resolved] Translate 3 words, that dont show in String
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're trying to translate words that don't appear in the WPML String Translation interface, such as 'estadia minima e clientes', you might encounter difficulties because some strings from plugins and themes are not added by default. Solution: We recommend following these steps to include the missing strings for translation: 1. Navigate to WPML -> String Translation and click on 'Translate texts in admin screens' at the bottom of the page. 2. Use the Search field to look for the items you couldn't find before. 3. As you type, you'll see the results change. Once you locate the string you want to translate, select the box next to it. 4. Click on 'Add to String Translation' at the bottom of the page. 5. Return to WPML -> String Translation, and the string should now be available for translation. For example, the strings 'inspiry_rvr_min_stay_label' and 'inspiry_rvr_guests_field_label' were added and are now available for translation.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello there,
Please try the following procedure to see if you can find new strings for translation:
- Go to WPML -> String Translation
- Enable the option 'look for strings while pages are rendered'
- Go to the front end where the strings appear
- Return to the String Translation screen and uncheck the option above
- Refresh the page and try to search for one of the strings to see if you can find new records that could potentially be missing a translation
If it doesn't work, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hey there,
I was able to add those strings for translation.
There are some strings present in plugins and themes admin screens that aren't added by default to the String Translation screen.
We have a tool meant to look for those strings and add them to WPML String Translation, allowing you to put in a translation for them.
The procedure to look for them and include them in String Translation is as follow:
- Go to WPML -> String Translation and click on 'Translate texts in admin screens' at the bottom of the page
- Using the Search field, look for one of the items that you weren't able to find before
- As you type, you'll notice the results changing, as soon as you locate the string that you want to translate, select the box next to it and click on 'Add to String Translation' at the bottom of the page
- Once you do that, please return to WPML -> String Translation and the string you just added should be there now available for translation
I did it and I was able to include both strings, they're registered as: inspiry_rvr_min_stay_label and inspiry_rvr_guests_field_label respectively.
Can you please confirm you're able to translate those texts now?
Thank you, please let us know.
Mateus
