That also did not work for me. Any way that you can ask wordpress.com to deactivate the two-factor authentication?

or maybe if you can yourself go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translation and search for Asia/Kuwait?

If you find a string containing that, please copy the content from English to Arabic and click outside of the box to force it to save.

Thanks.

Hello I understand, but this current problem is important one as you do not have access to Arabic version of the website at all to be able to translate the strings that you mentioned in the beginning of this ticket.

Did you try to follow the steps I mentioned in the previous reply?

By the way, I am trying to login. But the codes that you share for the 2 factor authentication do not work.

So I am not sure how to go forward.

Hi,

I'm glad that the issue is fixed now, and I can also see the Arabic version.

I checked by adding a product to the card and I see that the card description now is translated (Please check the screenshot)

Would you please giv eme the exact URL (link) and a screenahot of which string you talk about?

Hello and thank you for the screenshot.

The text that you translated is from Woocommerce, but I checked this pge code:

I found out that the same text is also generated by the Woodmart theme.

That is why please do as follows:

- Go to WPML → String Translation.
- Scroll to Utilities, expand the Not seeing strings you are looking for? section, and click on the Admin Texts Translation link.
- On the Admin Texts page, earch for Related Product
and add it to the string translation.
- Now you will have another instance of the same text and you can translate it.

Thanks.

Hello and thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I do not have access to your website admin section.

I recorded a video showing what needs to be done. I'd appreciate it if you could watch the video:

hidden link

Video summary:

- I couldn’t log in due to WordPress.com two-factor authentication, so I demonstrated the steps on a sample site.

- Go to WPML → String Translation and search for “Related products” to translate the WooCommerce string.

- If it’s not found, click “Translate texts in admin screens” and search for it again (likely from the Woodmart theme).

- Add the found string to String Translation, return to the list, and translate it there.

- This should translate the “Related products” text on your site.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for the screenshots. Most of them should be fixed by the method I mentioned. I would love to try to do troubleshooting but again this code is not allowing me.

I asked for the code again and am waiting for your reply to test one more time.

Hello and thank you for the code. I managed to login to the website.

I found out that the Woodmart Layouts were set to Not translatable for some reason.

I went to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation and made the WD_Layouts translatable.

Then I went to WPML > Translation Dashboard and a new section was added related to the layouts.

I sent them for the automatic translation and now the items are translated.

Thanks.

I did not understand what you meant. I fixed the translation issue for the points you mentioned in the screenshots on your previous reply.

Make sure you clear your browser cache and check the Arabic version.

Thanks.
