Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to translate option pages to the second language and following the steps in documentation. But the option pages are not showing when switching to second language in the dashboard.

Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

When you referred to the 'Option' page, were you referring to the "Options Page" [ hidden link ] feature provided by ACF?

If so, please make sure that the translation preference for the Options page field is set correctly. Most of the time, issues related to Options pages gets resolves just by following the instructions mentioned in the documentation.

However, if the problem you're experiencing is different or things are not working despite the correct configuration, I would appreciate it if you could provide more details. Creating a video that captures the issue and sharing it in your next response would be immensely helpful for better understanding. Once I review it, I'll inform you about the next steps.

Thank you for the screenshots.

Based on the screenshots, the settings for the options page and fields appear to be correct. If you're encountering a permission error when attempting to access the options page in other languages, it might be related to an access restriction associated with your account.

Would you please create a new administrator account and check if you're still having the issue?

Thank you for trying out the suggestions.

As the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

Thank you for sharing the access information. I have checked and found that the "Options pages"(ACF → Option Pages) have not been translated into English, which is mainly causing the issue. Please check this screenshot: hidden link

I translated the "Tilboð" option page by going to "ACF → Options pages → Tilboð" and it started to work properly in the English version. If you switch to English, you'll not encounter the issue again.

Kindly finish translating all the option pages, and this should resolve the issue thereafter.

Great thank you. I still don´t see the translation option in ACF (see sreenshot), and therefore cannot translate, do you know why that is?
