This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
In a WooCommerce project, when the client places an order in Arabic language and then goes to the 'my-account' section to view the order details, the date is not translated into Arabic.
Solution:
We recommend translating the date format by following our documentation on Translating Your Site’s Date Format Using WPML.

If the correct string for the date format is not found, you should check for additional date format strings. This might be necessary if your theme has its own options for date and time formats. In such cases, the date format might not change on the front-end when you try to change it using the usual steps. To find these strings, go to WPML → String Translation and select your theme from the 'In domain' dropdown.

If this solution does not seem relevant to your issue, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hello there,

Thanks for your contact!

Could you please try to translate this date format following our related doc? https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-your-sites-date-format-using-wpml/

If you can't find the correct string, kindly check for additional date format strings, as stated at the end of the documentation above:

Keep in mind that some themes may have their own options for date and time formats. In these cases, when you try to change the date format using the above steps it might not change on the front-end. Try searching for date format-related strings by selecting your theme from the In domain dropdown in WPML → String Translation.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes. Thank you.

Best,
Mateus.
