[Resolved] Translated ACF field labels (using String translation) are not reflected in the front-end
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to translate certain labels ('Morning' and 'Afternoon') in an ACF group using WPML's String Translation. Despite following the usual procedure, these specific strings were not appearing. Solution: We initially requested site access to review the configuration and ensure proper roles were assigned for access. After gaining access, we re-translated the strings in the String Translation interface. To address the issue of strings not appearing, we followed the steps outlined in the guide on finding strings that don't appear on the String Translation page, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#enable-auto-register-strings.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

I would like to take a look at the site's configuration. I have set your next message private so you can securely share the access credentials to the site.
Please don't forget to create a full backup of the site before sharing the credentials.
I can't say exactly what you might be doing wrong, but I can share this link: hidden link and attach a screenshot where you can how I find the strings.
