I have a website in english, I have defined a translated menu in french, but even when I switch language, only the english version of the menu appears

Sorry for the trouble in the chat, I am not sure what happened, the chat got disconnected somehow.

1. Can you please make sure you have followed the below doc for translating your site menus: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

2. If the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thanks for providing the login details. I’ve tried to access your site's login page with /wp-admin/ in the URL and it shows me a blank screen issue then I tried to access the login page using /wp-login.php in the URL and it shows me an error “Error: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. ”

Is there any specific login URL for your site, Can you please help me log in to your site to debug this issue?

I managed to login to your site now but my user role is not Administrator so that i can’t access the site’s dashboard at the moment. This issue is easy to fix and should not take too long. I am here all day today to help you with this problem, just please upgrade my user role to Administrator so that I can quickly check and fix this issue.
