This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client experienced an issue where switching to French on their WordPress site resulted in a blank page. This occurred after changing the URL structure to "lang=fr" and attempting to translate the menu.
Solution:
We identified that the problem was linked to the "Elementor Single Page #732" template. We resolved the issue by setting this template to Draft status instead of Published.

I have wpml installed on my wordpress website. At the beginning I translated one page, which worked well. I don't know when it happened, but now when I switch to french, the page goes blank and i don't know how to fix it. I use automated translations.

I think it could be something with the settings, I changed the url structure to "lang=fr" and tried to translate the menu

1) I would need a site snapshot if possible.
We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this porpoise.

If you already know how Duplicator works. (http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),
Please skip the following steps and send me the installer file and the zip package you downloaded.

Send me both files (you probably want to use DropBox, Google Drive, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big)

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

Hi,

Thanks for the package. I checked the issue and found it was caused by the "Elementor Single Page #732" template.

The issue is fixed after setting this template to Draft instead of Published.
