Background of the issue:
I am trying to publish translated pages on my WordPress site using WPML. Some pages are published and viewable, but others are not publishing even after translations are added and the save button is clicked. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
Translated pages are not being published after translations are added and saved.

Questions:
Why are some translated pages not publishing after I add translations and click save?
How can I ensure all translated pages are published correctly?
