This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the featured images of translated products are not displaying, even after attempting to duplicate them in the Settings/Media Translation menu.

Solution:
We recommended the client to:
1. Provide examples of the issue.
2. Confirm if the problem also occurs for new products.
3. Ensure that the options "Duplicate uploaded media to translations" and "Duplicate featured image to translations" are enabled before translating the product.
4. Test the issue by temporarily disabling all plugins except for WPML, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, and to back up the database before making any changes.

We also addressed a potential conflict with the WooMultistore plugin, noting that we have not been able to work with its author or test the WPML WooCommerce Multistore Add-On available at https://woomultistore.com/product/wpml-woocommerce-multistore-addon/. We suggested that the client contact the plugin's author for assistance and mentioned that the author could join our Go Global program for further support at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend following the steps outlined above. You can explain the issue you encountered with the WooMultistore plugin, which is that when using it, the product image is not copied over to a translated product.

It's possible that the author's "glue" plugin may have already resolved this problem, but I'm not entirely sure.
