[Resolved] Translated products featured image is not shown
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that the featured images of translated products are not displaying, even after attempting to duplicate them in the Settings/Media Translation menu.
Solution: We recommended the client to: 1. Provide examples of the issue. 2. Confirm if the problem also occurs for new products. 3. Ensure that the options "Duplicate uploaded media to translations" and "Duplicate featured image to translations" are enabled before translating the product. 4. Test the issue by temporarily disabling all plugins except for WPML, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, and to back up the database before making any changes.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend following the steps outlined above. However, please note that the solution might be irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case. If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us.

the translated products featured image are not shown. I already tried to duplicate them in the Settings/Media Translation menu.
Can you please help me with that?
Could you please provide a few examples of the issue you are experiencing? Also, does this problem occur for new products as well?
To ensure proper translation, please enable the options "Duplicate uploaded media to translations" and "Duplicate featured image to translations" before translating the product.
What is the result if you temporarily disable all plugins except for WPML, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency?
Before proceeding with any updates, please remember to back up your database first.
I already enabled the "Duplicate uploaded media to translations" and "Duplicate featured image to translations" options, but it is still not working. The gallery is duplicated and can be seen in the "Edit Product" page, but the featured image is still not there.
Thanks. I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site – preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
If I need to check the problem, I want to ask you about the possibility of replicating your site locally. For this, I'll use a "Duplicator" plugin on your site temporarily. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. If you prefer to do it independently, you can provide me with the snapshot and send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded.
Thank you. Unfortunately, I couldn't make a copy with a Duplicator, and it seems one setting is preventing this. I have attached the screenshot (it is the last step before building the package). Could you check this, please?
Sadly, the WooMultistore is the heart of our system, which synchronizes the products from our main site to the translated store. It should work with the WooMultistore plugin, because the featured images needed to the Google Merchant feed.
I understand that WooMultistore is an essential plugin for your website. However, based on our internal records, we have never been able to work with the author of the WooMultistore plugin, as he never responded to our attempts to contact him.
I noticed that the author has a glue plugin called WPML WooCommerce Multistore Add-On, which can be found at hidden link. Unfortunately, we have not been able to test it either.
Therefore, I suggest you contact the plugin's author directly and ask for their assistance in resolving the issue. If they require additional help, they can apply to our Go Global program by filling out the form at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.
