Tell us what you are trying to do? Translate with the single site option from English to Welsh

Is there any documentation that you are following? yes

Is there a similar example that we can see? no

What is the link to your site? hidden link

I purchased the single site version and thought this would translate the information on the page for me? I actually tried upgrading but it didn't work for some reason. Can the site be automatically translated to Welsh with the Multilingual Blog (The economic solution for multilingual WordPress blogs) or do I need to upgrade?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Welsh is preconfigured in WPML : hidden link
To auto translate it you have to enable the advanced translation editor : hidden link

Please refer for better explanation: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/

And, you can check the plans features here: https://wpml.org/purchase/

Let me know if you need anything else regarding this.

Regards,
Riffaz.

I don't seem to have the option for advanced translation editor? Attached is my screen and do I need to upgrade to get auto translate/advanced translation editor for my pages? I thought I would be able to do this with the single site option?

Hi,

Yes, that's what.
Advanced Translation Editor is not included in the Blog package: hidden link
That's why I gave you this link in my previous reply to check: 🙂
- you can check the plans features here: https://wpml.org/purchase/

You have to upgrade to next package .
If not, you can go with the manual translation.

When you upgrade to the next package you will be charged for the difference only. not the whole package price.

Let me know if you need anything else regarding this.

Regards,
