Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
1) Please let me know how these plans are added to the default language.
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.
Thanks for your update. Kindly let me know where you added this description.
Also, Please try the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
1) Thanks for the access details. I checked the strings, and they are saved in a custom database table named "pmpro_membership_levels", which means WPML won't be able to translate those strings because they are not saved in the "options" nor "posts" tables.
The workaround for this case is to duplicate/copy the membership levels to create one per language and use the correct ID in the translated page's shortcode.
