Background of the issue:
The issue in pattern translation is back to be broken again!
Please your support, I have opened this ticket before, it seems to be resoltved but it's back again:

In addition, the translation is also broken in the Home page.

The number of issues I have faced since I have used this tool is a lot. I am really considering going to an alternative.

Symptoms:
The translation on my website is broken. Many translations are not visible on the translation page unless I search for them. Additionally, I see translations for texts that no longer exist on the page since long time.

Questions:
Why is the pattern translation issue recurring?
Why are some translations not visible unless searched for?
Why do translations for non-existent texts still appear?
Why there are original texts appearing on the Home page instead of the translated text?

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

As shown in this screen recording hidden link , the modules in the backend of the Arabic Language are broken and it's causing issues for the translated contents to show up.

I regret any inconvenience caused, but to proceed with troubleshooting, I kindly ask for a snapshot of the site. Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:

1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link

2. Consult WPML's instructions on providing supporters with a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

Kor is unavailable, so I'll continue to help you with this issue. I aim to do everything I can to help you solve this problem.

I've read this ticket and your previous ticket with this issue. I think that all along, there was a misunderstanding about the actual problem you are facing. You mentioned that the problem is with "patterns". I edited the homepage of your site in English and saw a pattern block named "Contact Us English" at the end of the page. Please see the attached screenshot contact-us-english-pattern.jpg.

Is this where the problem is on the Arabic page?

When I look at the Arabic page on the frontend, this section looks right to me. Please see the attached screenshot pattern-on-ar-page.jpg.

Am I missing anything?
Is this pattern in Arabic barking when, after updating the English pattern?

If I didn't understand the problem correctly, please explain again and add some screenshots so I can better understand.
