Hello Lucas,

I have updated Divi and did 2 tests recorded in this video : hidden link

- I tried to modify content in this page but I never could display the original content change

- I did a test on a very simple page that I created for the test without Divi builder : first I worked and then when I tried to modify the translation, I never could display new translated content.

This is showing that the issue is not about Divi, nor the hosting solution, nor the big size page with team members.

After I have written this post, spanish translation finally displays (2nd test), but not the original content change in the team page (first test).

Hey there,

Once again, I installed a fresh copy from your website, locally. Please check on the video, it's working perfectly fine:

Here are the steps I followed, before running the test I showed on the video:
1. I registered WPML on the copy;
2. I updated all the plugins and themes that needed updates;
3. I cleared all the caches;
4. I increased memory to 1024M, adding this code to the wp-config.php file:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '1024M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '1024M' );

I apologize if the information I shared previously was misleading. It's because that the only issue we noticed is that the translations take a few seconds longer than usual to load, because of the post size.

Besides those steps, the only difference between my local copy and your website is the server. If, after following those steps, you still see the issue, it's very likely that your server is lacking resources. Please tell me what happens, after following the steps I suggested. Don't forget to have a full website backup before proceeding.

Hello,

The issue is still there. But as you saw, each time we make tests, the first one is working, but the second one is not. Could you please try two last modification tests in the same video, to see if the issue come back at the second one ?

Thank you

Hey there,

Here it is:

As you can see, it takes a few seconds longer than usual for the translation to show, due to the size of that specific page. Besides that, everything is working as expected. I also updated the test page I created on the video a second time and had no issues.

Please reach out to your hosting provider, or test yourself locally if you have the chance.

I am going to dig on the hosting provider side.
