Background of the issue:
I am trying to assign the translation credits I bought for WPML Multilingual CMS to the site pa-recruitment.be. I took over this website from another agency, castaar.be, and I am having trouble assigning the credits.
Symptoms:
The site still shows klanten.castaar.com/pa-recruitment as the URL, even though that site is no longer active and the new site is pa-recruitment.be. Currently, these sites have 92000 credits, but I have 0 credits available on my account.
Questions:
How can I assign the translation credits to pa-recruitment.be?
Why does it still show klanten.castaar.com/pa-recruitment as the URL?
