[Resolved] Translation editor sync issue

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to update the translation of a page after modifying the original content in English, but the sync icon remains visible indefinitely and does not switch to the 'edit' icon unless you manually refresh the page.
Solution:
We recommend providing temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, ideally to a test/staging site where the problem can be replicated. This allows us to investigate the issue directly. Before providing access, please ensure to back up your site files and database. If you're unable to see the fields to enter your wp-admin/FTP details securely, please request to enable the private box to ensure your details remain confidential.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the translation of a page in another language after modifying the original content in English. There is no specific URL provided where the issue can be seen.

Symptoms:
After updating the content, the sync icon (circular arrows) stays visible indefinitely. It doesn’t switch to the 'edit' icon unless I manually refresh the page.

Questions:
Why does the sync icon not switch to the 'edit' icon automatically after updating the translation?
How can I ensure the translation editor syncs correctly without needing to refresh the page manually?

I would like to look at this directly on your site. For this I would need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, preferably to a test/staging site where the problem has been replicated if possible.

The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.

I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.

Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.
