Thanks for your reply. Could you please temporarily disable the IP restriction so that our 2nd Tier Support team can investigate further? We have multiple engineers working on the reports, so providing fixed IPs is unfortunately not possible.
We use PaloAlto built-in VPN solution, we can create users for each respective agent that needs to troubleshoot this issue so they gain access to the URL/Server.
Thanks for your reply. Please create two users. One is for me and the other for our 2nd Tier Support. Once I have this information, I will escalate this further.
