Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where after updating a page in English and attempting to translate it into other languages (SE, DA, NO) using the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), the existing translated text does not appear on the right side of ATE. Instead, only the English text is available, and clicking the '+' imports the English text again. Solution: We have identified that this issue occurs because the translations were originally created with Polylang and then migrated to WPML. These translations are not saved in the Translation Memory on our server, which is why they do not appear in ATE. To resolve this, we recommend switching to the WordPress Editor for the pages where translations were migrated from Polylang. Here are the steps to switch to the WordPress Editor: 1.
