This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has installed the WPML CMS and string management plugins on a multisite and is facing issues with missing Translation Management pages. Additionally, attempting to translate a page results in the creation of a new blank page.
Solution:
We suspect that the issue might be due to using a "Multilingual Blog" subscription sitekey. We recommend generating a new sitekey from your account dashboard at https://wpml.org/account/sites/. After generating the new sitekey, unregister WPML from your site by visiting https://whisperingpin5.wpenginepowered.com/wp-admin/network/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial and clicking on the 'Unregister WPML from this site' link on the top left corner. Then, register the site with your new sitekey.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Thanks for reaching us.

Sorry, based on the screenshot you shared, I'm not sure what's wrong. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your patience.

I have feedback and we suspect that you're using a "Multilingual Blog" subscription sitekey. Could you please generate a new sitekey from your account dashboard here https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and then, register it on your Website and see if it fixes the missing Translation Management issue.

Please let me know how it goes.

So, I unconnected the site and and then reconnected. I dont know where to add the new key because most of the options seem missing in the navigation menu.

Any other ideas?
