I use Weglot and 50,000 words were translated on my website. There's no way I could have used up 90,000 words on the plan I have with you. Did something happen during the errors that could have used up the words? Could you reset it and start from scratch?

Hi,

WPML is currently deactivated on your site. Since it is a live site, I'm not allowed to change anything, so I didn't activate it.

You wrote: "I use Weglot and 50,000 words were translated on my website. There's no way I could have used up 90,000 words on the plan I have with you."

Your site was translated using the DeepL translation service. It is our default translation service, and, like the Google Translate translation engine, it uses 2 credits per word. You already used 91760 credits on your site, equivalent to about 45,880 words.

The following are our translation engine options:

WPML AI – 4 credits per word
DeepL – 2 credits per word
Google Translate – 2 credits per word
Microsoft – 1 credit per word

You can read more about our automatic translation pricing here.

https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/

You can also view a monthly report on your site's translation in WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools -> Automatic translation usage reports.

For your information we don't refund used automatic translation credits.

Regards,
Itamar.

Hello, good morning, how are you? As I said, when we ask to run machine translation, it is asking to acquire more credits. Can you help us? Do you have access, would you be able to run the automatic translation as you said please?

Hi,

There are two ways you can acquire automatic translation credits. We explain it in the following link.

https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/

However, I can see that you already submitted a refund request earlier today. So, this might not be relevant.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,
Itamar.
