Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the footer translation works correctly on the live domain hidden link. The footer translation was working fine on the development domain.

Symptoms:
Only one section of the footer translation shows correctly when changing the language; the other sections remain in English. The translations are correctly set in WPML's string translation.

Questions:
Why is only one section of the footer translation showing correctly while the others remain in English?
Is there a specific step I missed when moving from the development domain to the live domain?

We are going to need to test your site in minimal settings so that we can rule out compatibility issues. Do you have a staging site where you can deactivate non WPML plugins and switch temporarily to a default theme? If not, let me know and i'll be happy to set one up for you, or you can use a plugin such as WP Staging to set one up for testing.
