Hi,

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Thanks for your cooperation

Regards,
Osama

Hi,

1) Thanks for the access details. I've checked your site and was able to fix the top bar issue by translating the template ID via WPML-> String Translation.

Could you please check it and let me know if it works correctly?

2) Could you please let me know how the "Size Guide" string is added to the single product template?

Also, please tell me where to change it in the default language.

Thanks,
Osama

Hi Osama,
1. Could you please tell me how you solved the first issue? I would like to change the text in the future and I want to know.
2. It was found by a WPML team member yesterday. I am not really sure how, but he did send me the same link you've sent me earlier.

Thanks,
Raveen

Hi,

1) I translated the template ID from WPML-> String Translation. (Kindly check this hidden link)

You can edit the strings by editing the following templates:

EN: hidden link

PL: hidden link

2) I've changed the size guide string to be size guides, but it didn't change in English. (Kindly check this hidden link)

Could you please tell me how to change this string in English, not the translation?

Thanks for your cooperation

Regards,
Osama

Hi Osama,

1. Thank you for your help. Could you please tell me how you find the strings?
2. I think we have changed it only here. I don't think there was any other way.

Thanks,
Raveen

Hi Raveen,

1) I used the following steps to find the string

1- Go to WPML-> String Translation
2- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
3- Search for the default language ID (109404)
4- Select the strings
5- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
6- Then click on "« Return to String Translation" link
7- Translate the default ID with the translated ID (109406)
8- Clear the cache, and check the front end

2) Please try to change this string in the default language and let me know the steps to change it, then I'll check how to translate it.
