[Resolved] Translation of ACF option page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the XLIFF file generated for translating ACF Field Group Theme Settings only displays labels but not the values.
Solution:
We recommend translating ACF Option pages using WPML's Translation Dashboard. For more information, see the steps for translating Options Pages with WPML.

One more case I want to include inside this thread.

I have Theme Settings which is created using ACF Field Group [ hidden link ] when I have sended this Theme Settings ACF field group for the Translation to Blend Translation team, then I have checked xliff file inside my blend project [ hidden link ]

Inside XLIFF File, this is only showing me the labels but not the values.

Hi,

You need to translate ACF Option pages as described here via the top-bar language switcher: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/translating-the-acf-options-page-custom-fields-with-wpml/. ACF doesn't handle option pages like regular posts or pages.

Inside this article, It is showing the manual approach for translating ACF Theme Settings into different languages.

Is there is any way to translate in other languages via Translator service like Blend Service or from the WPML String Translation.

Please suggest us the correct approach which we can follow for theme settings translation from using Translation service (not manual approach).

Hi,

No, ACF options pages can only be translated manually as they are not designed as regular posts using IDs; ACF holds the content in your _options table.
