This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using Addify's quote plugin on a multilingual site and have successfully translated the form labels into French and Spanish. However, when viewing the page/form in these languages, the form entry fields are missing, even though the form labels are correctly translated.
Solution:
We recommend resaving the fields in the respective languages. For example, we resaved the Telephone field in French, and the input field appeared correctly. Please try resaving your fields in the same way. This action should resolve the issue for the missing form entry fields in all languages.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am using Addify's quote plugin on a multilingual site under development. I have successfully translated the form labels for both French and Spanish languages.

Symptoms:
When viewing the page/form in French or Spanish, the form entry fields are missing, although the form labels are correctly translated.

Questions:
Why are the form entry fields missing when viewing the form in French or Spanish?
How can I ensure that the form entry fields appear correctly in all languages?

Thanks for reaching us.

It looks like some sort of conflict going on there. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply.

It looks like the fields from your other language needs resaving to fix it. I resaved the Telephone field on the French language and the input field shows up now.

Could you try resaving this on your end? hidden link . This should fix the name field and then, you can apply the same solution to your other fields.
