Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that my footer menu items display correctly in Spanish on my website hidden link. The menu item appears correct in the Max Mega Menu Spanish menu in the backend.

Symptoms:
One of my footer menu items is showing the wrong item in Spanish on the live site.

Questions:
How do I get the footer menu item to show correct on the front end?

Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried resaving the menu item, or perhaps removing it and adding it again?

I tried saving again and it didn't fix. I can't delete and re-add since I don't remember how it was setup to pull up the usercentrics privacy box.

Thank you for your patience. The access is now working properly. We have just released a new version of the WPML plugin.

Please ensure you are using the latest version, 4.6.14, to take advantage of the most recent bug fixes and improvements. While this may not necessarily resolve your issue, using the latest code will allow us to troubleshoot more effectively.

You can find the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on our website. Instructions for updating can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/.

It is also possible to update from Plugins → Add new → Commercial tab.

If the problem persists, please let me know so I can investigate further.
