This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to edit translations for two new pages after adding them to the translation queue from the translation manager. Instead of seeing the translation queue list, they encounter an error stating "impossible to load" and are presented with an empty page.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps after ensuring you have a full site backup:
1) Navigate to WPML>>Support page and click on the Troubleshooting link.
2) On the Troubleshooting page, click on the following options in the Clean up section, waiting for confirmation of processing after each:

  • Clear the cache in WPML
  • Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
  • Fix element_type collation
  • Set language information
  • Fix WPML tables collation
  • Assign translation status to duplicated content
  • Fix terms count
  • Fix post type assignment

I can't do it at the moment because it's an e-commerce site that works a lot and it's almost Christmas.

Are there compatibility problems between wpml and php 8.2?

My name is Lucas, and I will be handling this ticket. Before diving deeper into your issue, please try this solution, after a *full site backup{mandatory}* and make sure the bug remains or not. It usually works in cases like yours. If it doesn't, I'll be here to further support you.

1) Go to WPML>>Support page, click on the Troubleshooting link (blue link in the middle of the page)
