Background of the issue:
I'm working on a multi-listing real estate platform, and I'm trying to translate all strings within the plug-in. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
I only see the translations within my Elementor editing page, but they don't show up on the published site.

Questions:
Do you have any idea how I can resolve that matter?

Hey there,

Please make a full website backup and follow these steps:

1. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugins localization;
2. Select your active theme and scan it;
3. Select all plugins by the G5Theme, or G5 author and scan them;
4. Go to WPML > String Translation, search for the texts that show untranslated and translate them;
5. Clear your website's cache;

Subsequently, check again your initial page. Please let me know if it works this way for you.

Unfortunately, that didn't work! Still the same issue that in the WordPress editor all translations are visible but once I want to preview or publish the website, I won't be able to see the translations...

Hey, thanks for sharing.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Hey there,

I got an error message: "It seems you entered an incorrect password. Want to get a login link via email?"

Can you please verify? I've enabled the private fields again.

Hey there,

How can I access your pages? I would like to check how the home page was created. In the pages tab, it shows empty, check image.

Besides that, I noticed your website has English as the default language. The home page hidden link is recognized by WPML as an English page because of that, even though you inserted the content here in Dutch. It's likely that this is what's going on. Please add the form to a dutch page and check if the behavior is the same.
